U.S. shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 13–15 business days from purchase: 10 business days for production plus 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch. International orders ship via DHL Express to eligible destinations. Estimated delivery is 15–22 business days from purchase: 10 business days for production plus 5–12 business days in transit after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Import duties or taxes may apply, and carrier, customs, weather, or holiday delays can affect delivery.
Returns
Request a return for eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Contact us for authorization before returning an item.
Standard made-to-order items are eligible under our policy. Personalized items are final sale except when damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping for changes of mind or fit is the customer’s responsibility.
