Materials & color
What are your clothes made of?
Every piece is made from a blend of 55% hemp and 45% certified organic cotton: 5.7 oz jersey for our tees, heavyweight 9.2 oz fleece for our hoodies, and lightweight 7.5 oz muslin for our Carbon Beach shorts.
How do you dye your clothing?
Every piece is hand-dyed in our Los Angeles studio with plants and minerals, such as natural indigo, red clay, and coconut charcoal. We dye in small batches, after your order is placed.
Will the color fade?
Natural dyes soften gradually with wear and washing, which is part of the character of each piece. Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry to keep the tone longer. Because every piece is dyed by hand, your color may vary slightly from the photos.
Does hemp feel rough?
No. Blended with organic cotton, our fabric feels soft from the first wear, and hemp gets softer with every wash. It is also breathable and one of the strongest natural fibers, so your piece is made to last.
How should I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, inside out, with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean. Hang dry, or tumble dry with no heat.
Fit & sizing
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces are unisex. Men: order your usual size. Women: order one size down from your usual size, or your usual size for a roomier fit. Every product page has a size chart in inches and centimeters, plus the size our models wear. Still unsure? Contact us with the style, your measurements, and your preferred fit, and we will help before you order.
Production & shipping
Why is everything made to order?
Every garment is made to order in Los Angeles. We cut, sew, and hand-dye each piece in small batches. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means less waste and a garment made specifically for you.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 10 business days for production in Los Angeles. After production, shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days within the United States, for an estimated total of 13–15 business days from purchase (about 3 weeks). For most international destinations, transit takes an estimated 5–12 business days after production, for a total estimated delivery time of 15–22 business days from purchase; some destinations may take longer. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; carrier and customs delays may affect delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. International orders ship with DHL Express, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce, depending on your destination, with the cost calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and package size. You will always see the final shipping cost before paying.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid by the customer. Customs rules vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Personalized, customized, altered, or customer-specified products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for eligible preference or fit returns. Los Orgánicos Tour covers reasonable return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have an additional statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products are made to order, cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
