Our online store is operated through Shopify.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the website or place an order.

You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Products and Availability

Our products are made to order in Los Angeles, California.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, photographs, and other product information.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, materials, natural dye processes, manufacturing variations, and device-display settings.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Production, order preparation, and processing require 15–21 days before shipment/dispatch.

Production and processing time is separate from carrier transit time after shipment.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge the made-to-order production timeline displayed on the product page, shipping policy, cart, or checkout.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Product or material availability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Payment problems

• Shipping restrictions

• Violation of these Terms

• Circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment

If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and customization information.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and other charges are calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before production or fulfillment begins.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing:

Because production may begin quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after production has started.

Orders that have entered production or contain personalized or customized products may no longer qualify for cancellation.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Production, order preparation, and processing require 15–21 days before shipment/dispatch.

Carrier transit time after shipment varies depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier service selected.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated 15–21 day production and processing timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised estimated shipment date. You will have the option to accept the revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order and receive a prompt refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Items must satisfy the requirements in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. 

Personalized, customized, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or final-sale items may be ineligible except where applicable law requires otherwise or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our Return Policy and Refund Policy control return, refund, exchange, and cancellation requests. 

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including our business name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Los Orgánicos Tour and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without appropriate authorization.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it

• It is accurate and not misleading

• It does not violate another person's rights

• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious

• It does not contain harmful code or unauthorized advertising

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

We will not use a customer's image in advertising without appropriate permission.
