Shipping Policy

Every Los Orgánicos Tour garment is made to order in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains production, shipment, tracking, and delivery for orders within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Production and Processing

Please allow 15–21 days for production, order preparation, and processing before shipment. This made-to-order timeframe is separate from carrier transit time after shipment.

If we expect to exceed the stated production timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipment date. You may accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Estimated Carrier Transit Time

After the 15–21 day production, preparation, and processing period, standard carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days within the United States. Carrier transit estimates begin after the order has shipped and may vary because of destination, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. The available shipping method and final shipping cost are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When an order ships, we will send tracking information to the email used at checkout when tracking is available. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives a package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Order Cancellations

Because our garments are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue under our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
