Los Orgánicos Tour uses a 55% hemp and 45% certified organic cotton blend because it supports the structure, comfort, and visual character we want in made-to-order clothing. Every garment is cut and sewn in Los Angeles, then finished according to the product design with natural dyes, water-based screen printing, and artisan techniques.
Why combine hemp and organic cotton?
Hemp and cotton contribute different qualities to a garment. Hemp gives the fabric strength, texture, and structure. Certified organic cotton adds softness and familiarity against the skin. Together, the fibers produce a breathable fabric that works across T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and sweatpants.
The exact fabric construction and weight vary by style. Our lighter jersey is used for T-shirts, while heavyweight fleece supports hoodies, shorts, and sweatpants. Every product page identifies the garment type, fiber composition, fit, dye, and finishing details.
Made-to-order clothing instead of large finished inventory
Our garments are made after an order is confirmed. This allows us to work in small batches and helps us avoid producing large quantities of every size and color before there is demand. The tradeoff is time: production generally takes 2–4 weeks before shipping.
Made to order does not mean that product information should be vague. Each listing provides the price, available sizes, material blend, fit notes, care instructions, production timeline, and natural-dye disclosure before checkout.
Cut and sewn in Los Angeles
Garment construction takes place in Los Angeles, California. Working locally keeps pattern development, cutting, sewing, finishing, and inspection connected to the product-development process. It also allows us to build the relaxed, boxy, oversized, cropped, and wide-leg silhouettes that define the collection.
Natural color, applied one garment at a time
Depending on the style, we use natural indigo, coconut charcoal, red clay, or organic coffee. We also offer undyed garments that retain the original color of the fiber blend. Each dye material interacts differently with the fabric and creates its own range of tones.
Natural dyeing does not produce the exact uniformity of an industrial color system. Subtle differences in color, texture, and finish are expected and disclosed. Those differences are not hidden defects; they are visible evidence of the small-batch process.
Water-based screen printing and hand finishing
Artwork is applied with biodegradable water-based screen-printing ink. Selected vintage styles also include hand distressing or glass details, as specified on the relevant product page. We describe these features individually so shoppers can distinguish one product from another.
How to care for hemp and organic cotton clothing

- Use a mild detergent and do not use bleach.
- Avoid dry cleaning and high heat.
- Hang dry when possible, or use a cold/no-heat dryer setting when the product instructions allow it.
