Los Orgánicos products are created using handcrafted processes and, in most cases, are made to order. This model allows us to produce more consciously, helping to avoid overproduction and the unnecessary use of resources.

Due to the use of natural dyes and handcrafted processes, natural variations in color, tone, intensity, and finish may occur from one piece to another. These characteristics are part of the unique nature of each garment and are not considered defects.

2. Orders and Production

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all purchase information, including the product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Production times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and the handcrafted process required.

Any production or delivery timeframe provided is a reasonable estimate and may be subject to changes resulting from the production process or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Los Orgánicos reserves the right to correct obvious errors in pricing, product descriptions, or product information. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to provide an appropriate solution before proceeding with the order, when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed for an order to be confirmed.

4. Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations may only be requested within the cancellation period established during the purchasing process and before the order enters production.

Once production has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and our handcrafted processes, all sales are final once an order enters production. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to an error by Los Orgánicos or a manufacturing defect.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will carefully review each case and, when applicable, work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Our commitment is to ensure that you receive the product you ordered correctly and in the expected condition. If there is an issue with your order, we will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are separate from production times. Once an order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier, transit time will depend on the selected shipping service and destination.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Los Orgánicos is not responsible for delays directly attributable to the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. However, if a delivery issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in reviewing the situation and finding a solution whenever possible.

7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees charged by Los Orgánicos.
