All Los Orgánicos products are made to order using handcrafted processes. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has entered production.

Due to the use of natural dyes and handcrafted processes, natural variations in color, tone, intensity, and finish may occur from one piece to another. These characteristics are part of the unique nature of each garment and are not considered defects.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide an appropriate solution.

Our commitment is to ensure that you receive your order correctly and in the expected condition. If there is an issue with your order, we will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
